Were looking for a Technical Integration Manager to join our team and help connect the dots between our business goals and R&D efforts. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working between business and technology, combining project coordination with technical understanding.Youll be the main connection between our business units and R&D - understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, aligning priorities, and helping teams deliver successfully. Youll also support product and project activities to move initiatives forward.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and R&DTranslate business needs into clear requirements and technical briefsWork closely with R&D to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery expectationsOwn development initiatives end-to-end spec, tasks, QA, rollout, and monitoring whether you build them yourself using AI tools, automation and no-code, or hand them to R&D developers.Write technical specs and acceptance criteria, and manage the work in task management tools.Guide and train the business departments on new features documentation, walkthroughs, and ongoing supportCoordinate cross-functional meetings, updates, and ongoing communicationAssist in planning and prioritizing roadmaps and project timelinesTrack and report on progress, risks, and blockers across multiple initiativesSolve complex tech problems and support the business departmentsBuild new dashboards for internal and external users using tools like Google Data Studio, Redash, Tableau and others.Requirements: B.Sc in Industrial engineering and management/ Information System/ Computer Science or equivalent [a must]2 years of experience in project management, or technical supportA can-do attitude, willingness to tackle problems or new tasks and go the extra mileAbility to work within a team or individuallyExperience in a product, project, or technical coordination roleKnowledge/experience in Python and SQLUnderstanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and system integrationsExperience working with data and translating business requirements into KPIs, reports, and dashboardsUnderstanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI-powered automationAbility to identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve business and technical processesFamiliarity with working with AI APIs and AI-based toolsGood mathematics, problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to drive tasks to completion in a cross discipline environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on delivery and follow-throughFluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written) [a must]Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Trello [Advantage]Previous experience in an adtech, media, or SaaS company [Advantage]This position is open to all candidates.
