Technical Lead - DevOps And Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our DevOps team and serve as a key technical authority across customer engagements and internal initiatives. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and architectural thinking, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud solutions.You will act as a trusted partner to the Team Lead, driving technical direction, solving complex challenges, and helping the team adopt modern technologies and best practices.Responsibilities:Act as the primary technical authority for complex challenges and architectural decisions, owning the technical direction across customer engagements and internal projectsTake strong ownership of technical outcomes and drive end-to-end implementation of cloud solutions, from design to production readinessDefine and enforce best practices, standards, and validation processes, leading technical reviews and knowledge sharing across the teamMentor engineers and support their technical growth and skill developmentSupport pre-sales activities including demos, scoping, and POCs, and review SOWs with technical validation, recommendations, and LOE estimatesDrive adoption of new technologies, in collaboration with the CTO officeContribute to and prioritize technical backlog items and internal assets, including reusable code and documentationBalance hands-on execution with mentorship and continuous innovationRequirements: At least 10 years of relevant experience in DevOps and cloud environmentsAt least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a consulting or customer-facing environmentStrong hands-on experience in AWS and Azure, including architecture, networking, security, and CI/CDMandatory hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and the cloud-native ecosystemDeep understanding of DevOps practices, platform engineering, and modern cloud architectures, with proven ability to troubleshoot complex distributed production systemsStrong programming skills in Python and/or Go for automation and scalable systemsHands-on expertise in AI/GenAI technologies, including integrating LLM-based solutions into real-world systemsExperience in observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)Ability to evaluate new technologies and translate them into practical, customer-ready solutionsAbility to operate effectively at scale in dynamic, fast-changing environmentsThis position is open to all candidates.
