Technical Program Manager

Lead end-to-end execution of complex multidisciplinary programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.Coordinate cross-functional teams including R D, Software, Hardware, AI, Product, and Operations.Manage program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.Serve as the primary interface between technical teams, management, customers, and external stakeholders.Drive effective communication, decision-making processes, and issue resolution across multiple projects.Support customer engagements, requirements gathering, deployment activities, and post-delivery follow-up.Implement best practices in program management, execution, and continuous improvement.Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs, projects, or products.Previous hands-on experience in Software Development, system Engineering, Technical R D, or a similar technical role.Strong understanding of AI, Computer Vision, Software Systems, Robotics, or related technologies.Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and customer-facing initiatives.Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Strong planning, execution, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving technology environment.This position is open to all candidates.
