Youll be at the intersection of high-level strategic planning and hands-on implementation, working closely with C-level executives, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders. If you have a passion for tackling complexity and driving innovation, this role is for you.What will your job look like:Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of critical projects, aligning with our Product Group vision.Lead in a dynamic environment, finding creative solutions to ensure smooth execution across departments.Leverage your hands-on software development expertise and architectural understanding to align technical implementation with business goals.Proactively identify and remove roadblocks, enabling engineering teams to focus on innovation.Collaborate with senior executives to deliver high-impact results, influencing strategic priorities.Foster streamlined processes and technology improvements to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.Requirements: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.3-7 years of experience managing/leading software development teams.Hands-on experience in software product/project management - Advantage.Experience with DevOps and development infrastructure - Advantage.Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, simplify complexity, and independently navigate ambiguity while staying ahead.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless interaction across all levels, from engineers to executives, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to project success.Fluent in English and Hebrew.This position is open to all candidates.
