Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join the R&D department.What will you do?Take full ownership, understand the business needs and workflows, Identify the problems and needs, conduct the necessary research, and decide the appropriate course of action.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the project's success.Manage and monitor projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.Collaborate with top-notch developers to define the product strategy, prioritize the backlog and deliver on time with high quality.Be the voice of the cross-functional teams and other product managers by understanding the developer pain points, driving the discovery process, and delivering innovative solutions that address their needs.Developing data infrastructures and the admin system while considering all stakeholders' needs.Requirements: 2 years of hands-on Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams, managing product backlogs, making trade-off decisions, defining technical requirements, establishing success criteria, and tracking impact.Previous technical experience in Engineering, Product Owner, Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Services, or other related roles.Proficient at building strong relationships with engineering and cross-functional development teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields - an advantage.This position is open to all candidates.
