Technical Project Manager

Were looking for a motivated Project Manager who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is passionate about driving execution across multiple teams. In this role, youll coordinate projects end-to-end, help keep initiatives moving efficiently from planning to launch, and take part in the hands-on configuration and management of production flows.What you'll be doing:Lead cross‐functional projects across Product, R\\&D, BI, Monetization, and Operations teams, while identifying risks and removing execution blockers.Configure and manage production flows, including version rollouts, configuration changes, and a/b tests setup.Oversee A/B tests and optimization initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and clear tracking of results.Manage changing priorities and release schedules effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.Create visibility into project status, timelines, and key updates to support informed decision-making and effective communication.Requirements: B.Sc in Industrial Engineering \\& Management or equivalent.1 year of experience in Project Management in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and relationship-building across teams.

Fluent

English is required.Technical orientation, including familiarity with software development processes, data-driven thinking, and AI-based tools or workflows.You might also have:Familiarity with the AdTech industry.Familiarity with the Android environment.Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.This position is open to all candidates.
