Technical (software-based) operation manager

A novel AI-based video tracking and analytics company is seeking a Head of operations.Lead and manage projects across multiple team leaders and departments.Design, implement, and optimize efficient operational including QA, QC processes andworkflow.Oversee daily operational activities to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effectiveproject delivery.Lead the operational execution of customer-facing projects from planning through finaldelivery.Lead resource optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives across the organization.Establish, monitor, and improve internal systems, KPIs, and processes.Lead and oversee QA / QC and software testing processesIdentify and implement AI-powered tools, automation, and technology solutions.Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably in atechnical, SaaS, AI, or software-based environment.Proven experience managing team leaders and cross-functional teams.B.Sc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.proficiency in QA, QC, and software testing methodologies.Advanced hands-on proficiency with AI tools, AI-powered workflows, and automation technologies.Proven experience leading resource optimization, process optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.Proven ability to solve complex problems, analyze data, and drive measurable operational improvements.High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly adopt new technologies and tools.This position is open to all candidates.
