- Draft: Use Generative AI tools as a force multiplier to research complex topics, extract context from engineering specs, and draft comprehensive documentation faster without sacrificing accuracy.Craft In-Product Guidance &
- Microcopy: Write concise portal page descriptions, UI tooltips, and guided tours to help users navigate features directly within the application.Optimize Content for AI Retrieval &
- Search: Structure documentation architecture, metadata, and markdown files so technical content can be effectively ingested and accurately referenced by both internal and customer-facing AI assistants and AI-powered features.Validate &
- Maintain Troubleshooting Content: Coordinate directly with Developers, Security Experts, and Support Engineers to maintain accurate troubleshooting guides and technical resources.Requirements: Minimum qualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a technical writing role documenting complex technical products, cloud platforms, and/or developer tools.STEM degree or equivalent professional experience (e.g., software development, QA, analytics, SOC, Incident Response, or IT).Mother-tongue level English with exceptional written communication skills and a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise docs.The ability to learn independently by exploring documentation, testing products, and diving into technical resources.Preferred qualificationsExperience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and/or B2B SaaS.Docs-as-Code Proficiency: Hands-on experience working directly with tools such as Git, GitHub or GitLab, VS Code, and markdown.Familiarity leveraging GenAI tools &
