Treasury Operations Associate (Banking Background)

we are seeking a Treasury Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, youll have the opportunity to support our growth and expansion in multiple countries. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records and transactions, managing accounting software, invoices, and tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a daily basis and cash disbursements.

The position reports to the Treasury Operations Team Lead and will help support our payments across the globe.Responsibilities:Review and manage financial discrepancies Handle communications with banks around the world, providing supportHandle communications with customers around the worldRecording and accepting payments from customersReconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statementsWork jointly with the business interfaces as part of ongoing work procedures and special projectsRequirements: 1-3 years relevant experienceBanking BackgroundInternational Transfers Specialist experience is a plusExperience working with global customersFamiliarity with accounting softwares and and an advantage to proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft OfficeAdvantage - Familiarity with tax laws in various countries (VAT, WHT, etc.)Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableStrong written communication skillsThis position is open to all candidates.
