VP R&D

We are looking for an experienced VP R&D to lead our technology unit and drive the next evolution of our platform and engineering capabilities.This role will lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, and IT, overseeing the development and operation of our technology platform while driving major initiatives including architectural modernization and AI adoption.As a member of the executive leadership team, you will work closely with senior leadership to align technology strategy with company goals and support the companys continued global growth. This role is reporting to the CEO of the company.ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & ArchitectureDefine and lead the long-term technology strategy for the companys platform and digital productsDrive the evolution of scalable, modular, and distributed architecturesOwnership of the product roadmap and close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product priorities and requirementsEnsure high standards of reliability, performance, scalability, and securityAI & Data TransformationLead the adoption of AI capabilities across products, workflows, and internal systemsOversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, and internal systemsDrive improvements in automation, observability, and operational excellenceTechnology EnvironmentOur technology stack includes modern cloud infrastructure and distributed systems, including AWS, Microservices and modern backend/frontend platforms, Data pipelines and analytics platforms, AI and machine learning technologiesRequirements: 10 years of experience in software engineering, including leadership rolesProven experience leading multidisciplinary technology teamsStrong experience building and scaling cloud-native platforms and distributed systemsExperience leading major platform or architectural transformationsExperience implementing or scaling AI capabilities is a strong advantageStrong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsThis position is open to all candidates.
