We are looking for a VP system Engineering to lead the architecture, development, and integration of complex multidisciplinary systems.This role sits at the intersection of physics, hardware, software, and algorithms - driving end-to-end system definition and performance.

Key Responsibilities: Lead system architecture for advanced sensing / RF -based productsOwn system -level design, integration, and validationWork closely with algorithm, hardware, and software teamsTranslate complex physical phenomena into scalable engineering solutionsBuild and mentor a high-performing systems engineering team Requirements: Strong background in system engineering within deep-tech environmentsExperience with RF systems, sensing technologies, or signal intelligence (SIGINT)Deep understanding of multidisciplinary systems (HW/SW/Algorithms/Physics)Proven leadership experience in complex product environmentsBackground in radar / RF / communication systems This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and shape the core technology and architecture.This position is open to all candidates.
