Customer meetings to understand needs and write detailed specification documents.
Managing projects of various sizes and complexity.
Technology & Logistics – Translating business requirements into technical/logistics requirements.
Managing integrations, acceptance testing, and data uploads.
Analyzing and defining warehouse processes.
Optimization and implementation of best practices.
Training & Support- Building training plans and creating work documentation.
Close support during Go-Live and solving issues.
Maintaining strong customer relationships and driving successful results.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering & Management – advantage / required
Expertise in Priority ERP – advantage / required
3+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse management – advantage / required
2–3 years of experience in project management and implementation – advantage / required
Experience implementing WMS systems – advantage / required
Deep knowledge of the Priority WMS module
Strong knowledge of the financial module; knowledge of other modules (Sales, Marketing, Service) – big advantage
Basic understanding of SQL and BPM
Strong self-management skills (time and resource management)
Analytical skills and a system-level mindset
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
Valid driving license – mandatory
Willingness to travel abroad (one week per quarter) – mandatory
Ability to work in a hybrid model
