Hotel Receptionist - Part Time at AFI Hotels (2026-02 – 2026-09)

As a receptionist at the Poli Urban Hotel, I learned the importance of guest relations and face-to-face customer care by consistently helping guests and their diverse requests. The position required adapting to irregular hours while maintaining a welcoming, pleasant demeanor all-around the clock. This job strengthened the interpersonal and customer service skills I had developed during my military experience and provided me with extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Team Lead & Operations Supervisor at Meitav Unit (2024-06 – 2025-03)

Full responsibility on the process of drafting, recruiting, and role screening for volunteers in the IDF.

• Personally overlooked 13 different soldiers in my department, each with distinctive jobs, where I helped guide the team with strict deadlines and demanding tasks regarding close draft dates.
• I developed strong leadership skills and sharpened my abilities to handle personal and collective responsibility, while maintaining strong connections with my soldiers and crew.

Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator at Meitav Unit (2023-03 – 2024-06)

Responsibility for the recruitment process of 400 candidates, spanning across the recruitment offices of Be'er Sheva, Tiberias, and Tel HaShomer. Had personal contact with the candidates to facilitate the screening process and medical clearances ahead of their enlistment.

• I accompanied each candidate from the moment they received their initial medical clearance to start the screening process, all through-out scheduling different position interviews for them, and up until the draft date to the position they were accepted to.

Costumer Service Specialist at Meitav Unit (2022-08 – 2023-03)

Answered complex inquiries from volunteer candidates with expert costumer service in the call centre for volunteers. After months of acquiring knowledge and experience, I got promoted to Shift Supervisor to direct new recruits and help with more intricate problems.
