About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web and desktop application development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and desktop applications.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality application components.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Integrate applications with APIs and third-party services.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools/IDEs such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted coding platforms for development, debugging, code optimization, and productivity enhancement.
- Experience in developing scalable web applications and desktop applications.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application architecture.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have :
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Electron.js.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience with application packaging and deployment across platforms.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
