Job Summary The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team in HTML, CSS, Web Development using JavaScript, and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). The primary focus will be on developing and implementing digital solutions, ensuring high-quality code, and providing technical guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web based applications using html, css, web development technologies, and aem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure code quality by reviewing and optimizing code, as well as performing code reviews for the team members.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide technical support, and offer innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team performance and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in html, css for web development.
- Strong experience in web development using javascript.
- In-depth knowledge of aem (adobe experience manager) for creating and managing digital experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Other Requirements

Certification in AEM or related technologies would be a plus.
