Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise AI solutions as part of project delivery initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on development experience, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently on assigned modules while collaborating closely with Architects, Data Scientists, Product Teams, and Project Managers.

The role requires expertise in AI/ML model development, Generative AI frameworks, backend integration, API development, and scalable AI solution deployment within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Work on end-to-end AI application development including model integration, backend services, APIs, and deployment workflows.
• Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications and AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, and Product Teams to translate business use cases into scalable AI solutions.
• Build intelligent workflows, automation solutions, chatbots, recommendation systems, and AI-driven applications.
• Develop and optimize prompts, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based solutions.
• Work on AI model integration using frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
• Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services for AI applications.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, testing, and documentation activities.
• Work independently on defined modules while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience in Python programming.
• Experience working with LLMs, NLP, and AI model integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with AI agents and workflow automation.
• Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of chatbot development and conversational AI systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
