Job Description

We are looking for an AI Development Practice Lead to join our team to establish practices and patterns for AI-assisted development. This includes coaching and training developers, building documentation for the knowledge base, and creating MCP servers where applicable. You will leverage tools like Cursor AI, Claude Code, and similar assistants to accelerate development across both front end and back end systems.

About You

You are a full stack developer who has embraced AI-powered development tools like

Cursor AI, Claude Code, or similar assistants and understand how to use them effectively. Your strength lies in establishing processes that others can follow, and you enjoy coaching and mentoring developers. Creating clear documentation comes naturally to you. You are curious about new tools and techniques, and eager to share what you learn with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and document practices and patterns for AI-assisted development across the team.
• Coach and train developers on effective use of AI-powered development tools.
• Build and maintain MCP servers to enhance developer productivity and workflows.
• Organize and structure documentation and knowledge base content to ensure AI systems have the inputs needed to perform effectively.
• Evaluate new AI development tools and techniques, and recommend adoption where beneficial.
• Define standards for prompt engineering and context management to ensure consistent results across the team.

Required Qualifications

• Full stack development experience, preferably with Java Spring Boot and React

JS.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI,

Claude Code, or similar assistants.

• Experience building custom MCP servers and integrating third party APIs.
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to optimize AI outputs through effective prompting techniques.
• Experience coaching or mentoring developers.
• Ability to create clear, structured documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
