About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern full-stack development along with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and AI frameworks.

You will be responsible for developing intelligent web applications, AI agents, and enterprise-grade solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, FastAPI, React.js, and Next.js.
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and autonomous AI agents.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
• Integrate and manage AI models through APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and other LLM providers.
• Create robust backend services, APIs, and microservices to support AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and optimize database structures and queries using SQL.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

• 5- 10 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, React.js, and Next.js.
• Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
• Experience with LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent AI APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI solutions and agentic workflows.

Education :

• UG : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
