Architect the backend that powers how Techolution ships software.
Every single day, 150 to 200 pull requests across all of Techolution flow through the products you would own. They are the production backbone of how a 500-person AI engineering firm reviews and ships code, and they sit alongside our Cognitive Assessment and Workflow Composer platforms, two backend-heavy systems already making their way into client engagements.
We are looking for one exceptional
AI Python Engineer
to help build them. Not to babysit prompts. To engineer scalable systems.
Who you are:
- You are a
Python engineer
first.
- You have taken at least one AI-powered product from an empty repository to production, and you can walk us through every decision you made along the way.
- When someone hands you a hard problem, your instinct is to decompose it, not to reach for a template.
- You have shipped RAG in the real world and you know that building one is easy while scaling one to a billion documents at millisecond latency is the actual job.
- You think in
data structures and algorithms
because that is how good engineers think, not because an interview asked you to.
- And you can explain what you built to a room, because our products serve client-facing teams and your voice will be in that room.
What you will do:
- Design, build and scale the backend services behind our State of the art AI Accelerators.
- Own features from architecture to production.
- Build across web and our VS Code extension using real-time communication patterns.
- Take genuine ownership, the kind where when something goes down, you understand the system well enough to bring it back.
What you bring:
Strong,
production-grade Python
is the foundation everything else rests on.
- Solid
OOPS
design.
- Hands-on
FastAPI
and
Flask
.
- Real experience with
RAG
and a point of view on how to scale it.
- WebSocket and Server-Sent Events for real-time systems, with GraphQL a strong plus for our extension layer.
- A working understanding of transformer architecture.
- And DSA fundamentals sharp enough that debugging a live system feels natural, not intimidating.
- Agent orchestration and prompt engineering are a plus, but honestly, we will teach you how we do those here. What we cannot teach is the instinct to own a hard system and make it scale. Bring that.
