Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
Lead integration of applications with internal and external banking systems and services.
Develop automated test solutions using Selenium and support overall application quality.
Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions across development and production environments.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
Drive performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements across applications.
Mentor developers and contribute to technical capability building within the team.

Required Skills &

Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Experience leading Java development teams or working as a Technical Lead.
Strong experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and event-driven architecture.
Hands-on experience with Selenium and test automation.
Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, system design, and application architecture.
Experience working in the banking - financial services domain with good understanding of banking applications and processes.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
