Role Overview :

As a Java Fullstack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications. This role involves hands-on development across both front-end and back-end technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, and architects. Your contributions will directly impact our clients' digital transformation journeys, delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop end-to-end scalable and high-performance full-stack applications using Java, React.js, and AngularJS for enterprise clients.
• Implement robust cloud-native solutions leveraging various services within the Google Cloud Platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, solution architects, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and deliver impactful features.
• Drive code quality, maintainability, and best practices through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical challenges across the application stack, ensuring system stability and seamless user experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies within an agile environment.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in Java development, including Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and related frameworks.
• Proven proficiency in modern front-end technologies, specifically React.js and AngularJS, for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with API design and development (RESTful services).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and contribute effectively as part of a high-performing team based in Chennai.
