Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong understanding of materials management processes and their application within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to align with business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM applications efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules or external systems.
• Skilled in analyzing business processes to recommend and implement effective software solutions.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
