• Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.

• Strong experience in application design and configuration tailored to manufacturing and business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with data exchange protocols and middleware technologies relevant to manufacturing systems.
• Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in production environments.
• Capability to work collaboratively in agile development settings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
