Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-caliber Application Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications that serve as the backbone of our digital infrastructure. You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with product managers, DevOps engineers, and fellow developers to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.
By leveraging a modern full-stack toolkit, you will directly influence the reliability and scalability of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our end-users while driving operational efficiency across our cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust backend services using Python and Django to ensure high availability and data integrity for our core business applications.
- Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript to enhance user engagement and streamline complex workflows.
- Orchestrate containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure consistent performance and rapid scaling across cloud environments.
- Manage asynchronous task queues with Celery to optimize system throughput and improve the responsiveness of background processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure on Azure, utilizing KQL to perform deep-dive log analysis and proactive performance tuning.
- Maintain high code quality standards through rigorous version control practices using Git, facilitating seamless collaboration within the engineering team.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Python, Django, and React.js, with a strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Proven ability to manage cloud-native architectures on Azure, including the deployment and orchestration of services via Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in querying and analyzing system logs using KQL to identify bottlenecks and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within agile, collaborative teams.
- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
