About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python + React Developer who can work across the stack with strong front-end expertise. The ideal candidate is a hands-on coder who is comfortable owning features end-to-end, collaborating directly with clients, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend).
Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code.
Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with strong attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product, and clients) to deliver features on time.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.

Mandatory Skills :

5 to 7 years of strong, hands-on experience in Python development.
Solid expertise in React.js and modern front-end development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
Proven coding proficiency not just architectural or leadership experience.
Excellent communication skills, with prior client-facing experience (requirement gathering, status updates, stakeholder management).
Ability to work independently and deliver in a hybrid work model.
Immediate availability to join (no notice period).

Good to Have :

Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
