Artificial Intelligence Lead

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead Generative AI to design, develop, and deliver AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build LLM-powered applications using LangChain and RAG architectures.
• Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
• Build data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model training.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor ML and Generative AI models.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product teams.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, LLM, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills &

Experience :

• 5 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Data Science.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
• Strong experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Good understanding of data processing and Data Science concepts.
• Experience with model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
