Associate Full Stack Developer - .Net/AngularJS

Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Full Stack Developer with 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience to join our technology team supporting the rapidly growing Alternatives / Private Markets domain.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in full-stack development, a good understanding of business application workflows, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong hands-on experience in Angular, Java, and SQL Server is required. Knowledge of .NET will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, Java, and SQL Server.
• Work closely with business analysts and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular to support business workflows and improve user experience.
• Develop and support backend services using Java and related frameworks to enable scalable and reliable application functionality.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in SQL Server.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production and application issues in a timely manner.
• Follow coding standards and development best practices and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance existing applications and support modernization initiatives.
• Work effectively within Agile teams by contributing to sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members to provide updates, clarify requirements, and support successful delivery.

Required Qualifications :

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Angular - frontend development and responsive web applications.
• Java - backend development and service implementation.
• SQL Server - database development, query writing, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of full-stack application architecture, RESTful APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Experience developing, enhancing, and supporting business-critical enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively within a development team.
