Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
Build and optimize API endpoints to support seamless system integrations.
Contribute to the development of microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications across cloud environments.
Write automated tests and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and engineering processes. Non-Negotiable Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building backend applications using FastAPI.
Understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed system fundamentals.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering assigned tasks and projects.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Strong Seeker Mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Exposure to Kubernetes (K8s), GKE, or EKS for container orchestration.
Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
Experience with Helm for Kubernetes application deployment and management.
Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
