Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 35 years of experience in test automation using Core Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Core Java.
• Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks using the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Create and optimize XPath locators for dynamic web elements.
• Implement effective exception handling and synchronization techniques in automation scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Maintain test scripts to ensure compatibility with application changes.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test case review activities.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills:

• 35 years of experience in test automation.
• Strong programming skills in Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong knowledge of XPath creation and element identification strategies.
• Good understanding of Java exception handling concepts.
• Experience implementing and maintaining the Page Object Model (POM).
• Knowledge of automation framework design and best practices.
• Familiarity with TestNG or JUnit.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Knowledge of API testing using Rest Assured or Postman.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
