Automation test lead (Selenium +Java)

As an experienced Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Creating reusable and maintainable automation test scripts for regression, functional, and system testing.
• Leading automation strategy, planning, and execution across projects.
• Reviewing automation code and ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Mentoring and guiding team members on automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.
• Collaborating with development, QA, and product teams to ensure test coverage and quality alignment.
• Identifying automation opportunities to improve test efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Analyzing test results, tracking defects, and ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
