Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Azure DevOps Engineer to join our Pune office to lead the design and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will act as a bridge between development and operations, ensuring seamless deployment pipelines and high-availability environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize cloud spend, enhance system reliability, and implement best-in-class automation strategies that directly impact the speed and quality of our client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and manage end-to-end Azure infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance for enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins to automate software delivery and reduce time-to-market.
- Orchestrate containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to improve application scalability and resource utilization.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable, and version-controlled environment provisioning.
- Automate routine administrative tasks and configuration management using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible to minimize manual intervention and human error.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks to maintain optimal uptime for critical business services.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex Azure cloud environments, with a deep understanding of cloud computing principles and service architecture.
- Proven ability to build and maintain container orchestration platforms using Docker and Kubernetes within production environments.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation tools, specifically Python and PowerShell, to streamline operational workflows.
- Experience in managing version control systems like Git and integrating them into automated build and release processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical strategies clearly to both technical stakeholders and non-technical clients.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Pune, maintaining high standards of documentation and peer review.
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure management, or a related technical domain.
