Backend Developer

Location : Bengaluru / NCR / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity :

As a Backend Developer, youll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems that handle real-time AI workloads. Youll contribute to designing APIs, building distributed services, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services
Work with microservices, streaming systems, and real-time data flows
Optimize system performance and ensure fault tolerance
Collaborate with DevOps and product teams for seamless deployment
Write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code
Contribute to architectural discussions and process improvements

Required Qualifications :

26 years of backend development experience
Strong in Python, Java, or Go
Familiarity with REST/gRPC, messaging queues, and microservice architecture
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance tuning
