Backend Developer - Java

Location : Guwahati

Ideal candidate profile :

Look for 8 - 12 years experience with strong hands-on Java + Spring Boot + Microservices, along with cloud and Kubernetes. Candidates with Kafka, API Gateway, system design and high-scale backend architecture should be prioritized for further screening.

Job Responsibilities :

• 8 - 10 years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role
• Relevant computer science degree or relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience Full Stack development Java microservices/NodeJS/GoLang. Mobile app development experience is a big plus.
• Strong systems design experience with DS/ Algo
• Hands-on Java, Multi-threading Concurrency and Performance Tuning approaches.
• Proven experience on Java Microservices Spring Boot/NodeJS/GoLang, cloud native architectures and Kubernetes
• Led atleast one large scale project to delivery
• Strong cloud experience AWS/ GCP/ Azure certifications preferred
• Good understanding of BFF using GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of databases SQL or NoSQL
• Event driven architectures Kafka etc.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good knowledge of Data Structures and Algo.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Agile working model is required.
• Strong awareness of Microservices architecture patterns and design patterns
• API gateways (Apigee/APIM/Kong)
