Backend Engineer (Mid Level)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Backend Engineer (Mid Level) to join an Oracle product modernization initiative under a staff augmentation model. In this role, you will work under Oracle's architectural guidance to develop scalable backend services that integrate Microsoft 365 environments with enterprise intelligence platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and the Microsoft Graph API, with experience building secure, high-performance backend services and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop timer-triggered backend services for bidirectional synchronization between Siebel CRM and Microsoft Outlook Tasks (Microsoft To Do) using Microsoft Graph Tasks API.
• Implement tenant-level endpoint detection supporting both legacy Exchange Tasks and Microsoft To Do APIs.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Graph webhooks, subscriptions, delta queries, and change notifications.
• Build backend services supporting administrative configuration for synchronization policies, conflict resolution, deletion handling, and custom schema mappings.
• Support Agentic AI integration by exposing dynamic write-back target definitions using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Implement delegated token management using Microsoft Entra ID and Nested App Authentication (NAA).
• Design resilient offline retry queues and synchronization mechanisms for high-volume enterprise environments.
