We are looking for a skilled Backend Java Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role requiring an Immediate Joiner. Fintech industry experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skill Set :

• Methodology : Agile scrum environment

Preferred Background :

• Prior experience working within the Fintech domain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless scalability for our growing user base.
• Design and expose secure RESTful Webservices to facilitate smooth communication between internal systems and external client applications.
• Optimize complex SQL queries and database schemas to improve application latency and ensure data integrity across our platforms.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests using JUnit to maintain high code quality and reduce technical debt during the deployment lifecycle.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability and efficient resource utilization for our production environments.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines using Git, ensuring rapid and error-free releases of new features.
