Role Overview :

As a C/C++ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications within a Linux/Unix environment. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex bottlenecks, and implement scalable features that directly enhance the efficiency of our core platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring our software meets the rigorous demands of our clients, directly influencing the stability and speed of the services we provide to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement high-quality, maintainable code in C and C++ to support mission-critical system components.
• Optimize existing algorithms and data structures to improve overall system throughput and reduce latency for end-users.
• Collaborate with system architects to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical specifications.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and unit testing to ensure the highest standards of software reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues within Linux/Unix environments to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and promoting best practices in object-oriented design and development.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in C and C++ programming with a deep understanding of memory management, multi-threading, and system-level programming.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing complex data structures and algorithms to solve real-world engineering challenges.
• Extensive experience working within Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting and system administration tasks.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles and their application in building modular, scalable software architectures.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of delivering high-performance solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bangalore, collaborating seamlessly with local and distributed teams.
