C++ Developer - HFT

Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber C++ Developer to join our elite trading technology team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building ultra-low latency trading systems that execute complex strategies in microsecond environments.

You will collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders to translate mathematical models into high-performance, production-grade code. Your work will directly influence the firms profitability by minimizing execution latency and ensuring the robustness of our trading infrastructure in highly competitive global markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and optimize high-frequency trading components to ensure minimal latency and maximum throughput in volatile market conditions.
• Partner with quantitative analysts to refine execution algorithms, ensuring seamless integration between research models and live trading engines.
• Conduct rigorous performance profiling and memory management to eliminate bottlenecks within the Linux-based trading stack.
• Maintain and enhance existing exchange connectivity gateways to ensure reliable data ingestion and order execution across multiple asset classes.
• Implement robust testing frameworks and automated deployment pipelines to uphold the integrity and stability of mission-critical trading systems.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in modern C++ (C++17/20) with a deep understanding of template metaprogramming, memory management, and multi-threading primitives.
• Proven ability to develop and debug high-performance applications within a Linux environment, including kernel tuning and network stack optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to communicate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and quantitative researchers.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure HFT environment.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site collaborative setting in Mumbai, working alongside cross-functional teams to drive continuous system improvements.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution, complemented by 4 - 9 years of relevant experience in low-latency software development.
