Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain software components using C/C and Modern C for Linux and Windows platforms.
• Develop and optimize TCP/IP network communication and socket programming components.
• Implement and maintain client-server architecture and communication protocols.
• Work on system-level programming, including multithreading, synchronization, IPC, and system internals.
• Contribute to BACnet stack development and protocol implementation.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform build systems using CMake and Makefiles.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and crash/core-dump analysis using GDB, WinDbg, and similar tools.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and/or Perl.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum development activities.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software through unit testing and troubleshooting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in C/C software development, including Modern C .
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience in TCP/IP, socket programming, network programming, and client-server architecture.
• Good experience with Linux and Windows system programming.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, synchronization, IPC, and system internals.
• Hands-on experience with CMake and Makefiles.
• Experience using GDB, WinDbg, or similar debugging tools.
• Experience in protocol/communication stack development is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Python/Perl scripting and test automation.
• Experience in cross-platform software development.
• Knowledge of BACnet or other building/industrial automation protocols will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
