Role Overview :
As a Senior C++ Software Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of mission-critical communication modules and data processing engines. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to architect scalable solutions that handle high-volume data streams and complex network protocols. Your contributions will directly influence the reliability and performance of our core product suite, ensuring seamless interoperability between industrial hardware and enterprise software layers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and maintain high-performance C++ applications to ensure efficient data processing and system stability for industrial clients.
- Design and implement complex network communication protocols including SNMP, Modbus, FTP, SFTP, and HTTP to facilitate seamless device integration.
- Optimize data structures and algorithms to enhance application throughput and reduce latency in resource-constrained environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate system bottlenecks by utilizing advanced diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and TCPdump to analyze network traffic.
- Manage database connectivity and data persistence layers using ODBC to ensure reliable information exchange across distributed systems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and architectural integrity.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in modern C++ development with 8 - 10 years of experience in building scalable, multi-threaded applications.
- Proficient in implementing and debugging network protocols including SNMP, Modbus, and secure file transfer mechanisms like SFTP.
- Strong analytical capabilities in applying advanced data structures and algorithms to solve real-world performance challenges.
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostic and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark and TCPdump to perform deep-dive system investigations.
- Skilled in managing database interactions through ODBC and ensuring robust data handling in high-concurrency environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and collaborate effectively within an on-site team in Hyderabad.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field, backed by a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software.
