Camunda Developer - Workflow Automation - Java/Spring Boot

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Camunda Developer with strong expertise in workflow automation, BPMN-based process modelling, and business process management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining workflow solutions using Camunda.

Total Experience: 5 - 12 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business workflows using Camunda.
• Create and maintain BPMN 2.0 process models and DMN decision tables.
• Develop workflow integrations with REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with Java and Spring Boot to implement process automation solutions.
• Configure and manage process execution, task handling, and workflow orchestration.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues, optimize process performance, and resolve production defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow coding and development best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with relevant experience in Camunda.
• Hands-on experience with Camunda Platform 7 and/or Camunda 8.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and workflow automation concepts.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Understanding of application deployment, debugging, and performance troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DMN decision modelling and external task workers.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
