Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 CTC

About the Role

We are hiring Chat Process Associates for a leading chat-based customer service process. The hiring drive will take place in Bhubaneswar, and selected candidates will be required to relocate to Ahmedabad for full-time office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and other non-voice platforms

• Provide accurate information and resolution in real time

• Maintain quality, speed, and professionalism in written communication

• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma

• Freshers can apply

• Strong written English skills

• Basic computer handling & typing speed

• Willingness to relocate
