Role : Chatbot Developer

Experience : 3+ Years

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop conversational chatbot solutions from concept to deployment.
Create chatbot conversation flows, storyboards, workflows, and user journeys.
Build scalable chatbot applications using Node.js or JavaScript.
Integrate chatbots with backend services using REST APIs and JSON.
Deploy chatbots across multiple channels such as Web, Messenger, and other messaging platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client demonstrations.
Follow best practices in chatbot architecture, development, and deployment.

Required Skills :

3 to 6 years of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Node.js or JavaScript.
Experience building or integrating chatbots or Conversational AI solutions.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and backend integrations.
Experience with conversation design, user flows, and chatbot workflows.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, Wit.ai, Microsoft LUIS, or IBM Watson.
Knowledge of NLP and Conversational AI concepts.
Exposure to Java is an added advantage.
