Claude Code Developer

Technofocus builds enterprise learning products for the Microsoft ecosystem — custom portals, LMS integrations, partner enablement tools, and internal automation apps. We move fast, and Claude Code is central to how we build.

We're looking for 1–2 developers who are genuinely AI-native — people for whom building with Claude Code isn't a novelty, it's just how work gets done. You'll pick up apps already in production, fix what's broken, improve what's working, and build new things when needed. No handholding. No detailed specs. Just ownership.

• Maintain and improve web apps and internal tools already running in production
• Diagnose bugs independently and ship fixes
• Build new features and complete apps using Claude Code end to end
• Integrate with REST APIs, LMS backends, and Microsoft identity systems
• Own your work end to end

• You've shipped a real app end to end using an AI coding environment — Claude Code, Bolt, v0, Windsurf, Replit, or similar
• You think of yourself as a full-stack builder — Claude Code means you don't need to specialise into a corner
• You're faster across the entire stack with AI than most specialists are in their lane
• You're comfortable inheriting a codebase you didn't write and making it yours
• Solid web fundamentals — HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, basic backend concepts
• React or Vue experience is useful; knowing when not to over-engineer matters more
• Microsoft cloud familiarity is a bonus, not a gate
