Position Description: We are seeking an experienced C# .Net Developer with strong expertise in the Banking & Financial Services domain.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server database objects, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft web applications hosted on IIS.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Perform code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Develop automation scripts and utilities using Python where applicable.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively recommend technical enhancements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of C#/.NET development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, object-oriented programming, and application debugging.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices is an advantage.
