CodeVyasa - Lead Full Stack Developer - C#/ASP/React.js

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and React.js.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product Engineering and Data Engineering, with a focus on Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Full Stack Development, and Generative AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, and React.js.
• Build robust, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive, reusable, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Optimise application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Drive engineering best practices, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based frontend development.
• Strong experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, database design, and query optimisation.
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and version control.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS or enterprise applications.
