What You Bring :

Must-Haves :

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals including Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, and Problem Solving.
• 8+ years of hands-on backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Proven experience working in product-based companies, SaaS platforms, fintech products, or high-scale consumer internet businesses.
• Strong track record of designing, building, and owning production-grade backend systems used by large customer bases.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed systems, caching technologies, and messaging platforms.
• Extensive experience building RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous processing, and system reliability.
