CodeVyasa - Sitecore Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer with 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade digital experience platforms using Sitecore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sitecore CMS, SXA, Headless implementations, .NET technologies, and Azure services, along with proven experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product and solutions organizations such as McKinsey, Walmart, Razorpay, Swiggy, and others. We are a team of 550 engineers, driving innovation across Product Engineering and Data Engineering, with a focus on Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Full Stack Development, and Generative AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Sitecore

Development & Architecture:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Sitecore CMS.
• Lead implementation of Sitecore SXA (Site Experience Accelerator) and Headless solutions.
• Architect and implement Sitecore-based Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
• Develop reusable components, templates, renderings, and workflows within Sitecore.
• Ensure best practices for content management, personalization, and multi-site implementations.

2. Headless & Modern Web Development:

• Lead Sitecore Headless implementations using Sitecore JSS and modern frontend frameworks.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Drive architecture discussions and provide technical guidance for scalable solutions.

3. .NET Development:

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services to support digital experience platforms.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Azure Cloud

Services:

• Design and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Utilize Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, Application Insights, and related Azure services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies.

Technical

Leadership:

• Lead a team of developers and provide technical mentorship.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, UX teams, and project managers.
• Participate in solution design, effort estimation, and project planning.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

6. Performance & Quality:

• Ensure application scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tuning strategies.

Required Skills:

1. Must Have:

• 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sitecore CMS.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore SXA.
• Experience in Sitecore Headless Implementation (JSS).
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Experience with Azure Web Services and cloud-based deployments.
• Technical Lead or Solution Architect experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles.

2. Good to Have:

• Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of Sitecore Personalization, Marketing Automation, and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Sitecore Certification(s).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Sitecore certifications will be considered an added advantage.
