Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager in Noida having 6 years of experience with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

We are a team of 550 engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

• 6-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• Mandatory experience in the International Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Hands-on experience managing Cloud and AI technology projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed, and global teams.
• Proven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, business, and client stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
• Manage multiple cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
• Coordinate resource planning, sprint planning, and release management.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
