Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Define technical solutions, architecture, and development best practices.
• Develop scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend teams working with Angular.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Coordinate with product, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Mentor developers and drive technical improvements across the team.

Secondary Skill :

Candidate Profile :

• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience working as a Tech Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of enterprise application development.
• Exposure to Angular is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a Pune hybrid environment.
