• *Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Mentor.

The Online

Mentor will guide and support students in learning coding concepts and completing projects, maintaining an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities include delivering online lessons, addressing student queries, and providing individualized guidance. Mentors will also monitor the progress of students, provide feedback, and contribute to improving the curriculum.

• *Qualifications**
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with young learners
• Experience in mentoring, teaching, or training, particularly with children or young adults
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address diverse learning needs
• Passion for education and promoting STEM learning in a creative way
• Previous experience in creating or delivering educational content is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred
